With the devastation of the conflict, Portland work with and for the Palestinian private sector to to pro-actively provide economic development, planning and other support for implementation, without working with or being connected to or in contact with Hamas in any way and working in alignment with all relevant authorities, including the Government of Israel. Portland is working to offer this strategic, economic-based blueprint for future growth to Gaza and the international community.
