Formed by the British Consulate General in Jerusalem, the UK Palestinian Tech Hub is an initiative to create and enhance strong and sustainable business links and capital flows between the Palestinian tech sector and its UK/global equivalents, enabling Palestinian tech founders and entrepreneurs to draw on international industry experience and best practices. Through exposure to an international developer network and experienced capital, as well as closer ties to global research and innovation, this project aims to propel Palestinian tech forward and help it achieve its potential.
The Hub has already led 3 successful visits of Palestinian start-up founders and entrepreneurs to the UK (‘Iktashef’), fostering closer connections between the two ecosystems, where innovative Palestinian tech companies have attended London Tech Week, met with industry professionals and visited the UK Parliament.
