This briefing seeks to compare and contrast over 30 different plans for the reconstruction of Gaza, developed by Palestinian institutions, international organisations, civil society groups, policy centres and private actors. It is an objective analysis of plans that differ greatly in scope, scale, and emphasis. Some look to Egypt, some to the West Bank; some emergency stabilisation, others intermediate recovery. This is how Gaza’s potential future has been framed and prioritised.
