The Medical Centre of Excellence (MCoE) is a long-term, collaborative initiative designed to shift healthcare delivery from reactive, crisis-driven treatment to a system built around prevention, community access, and clinical innovation.
Through Advanced Mobile Health Hubs (AMHH), the project deploys mobile, data-driven diagnostic infrastructure directly into underserved communities – delivering multidisciplinary care where it is needed most. Alongside expanding immediate access, MCoE supports workforce development through shared clinical training, accelerates digital health integration and strengthens local health systems to build long-term economic resilience.
